Aside from the slow delivery due to international shipping, there is nothing else I dislike.

The texture is a bit like an ointment, but there was a slight blemish on my child's cheeks (like a heat rash). I applied it 3/1 and now the bumps have completely disappeared, and the redness is also gone. I'm satisfied.

Since I used it during pregnancy, the scent felt too strong, so I stopped using it after a few times. Although it's in a tube, the packaging is similar to Fucidin, so it's a bit inconvenient to squeeze out.

When applied during dry-feeling times, it provides a moisturized sensation. It may feel a bit greasy for those who are not dry-skinned.

I first apply a soothing gel and let it absorb, then I put on the cream.

Some say the scent is not great, but I actually like it - it smells more like a baby. It has a slightly sticky texture, and the oiliness means dust and hair can stick to my face during the day. But I just apply a thin layer during the day and a thicker one before bed, and that works fine.

My newborn baby's milia/eczema started appearing 30 days after birth, and I've tried all the recommended lotions - Mong**s, Pree**, Ato-o*, Zero*de, and even thin formulas. At first, I was worried the White Mellow Face Cream might make the milia worse due to its oiliness, but it cleared them up in just two days. Apparently, the eczema was a seborrheic dermatitis. There were also dry, bumpy patches behind the ears and on the earlobes, just like atopic dermatitis, but they completely disappeared after using this cream...♥️ I'll definitely be using this on my baby until they reach elementary school age. Now at 60 days old, the eczema hasn't spread even in the heat!

It gets absorbed quickly, so the moisturized feeling doesn't last long, and it contains alcohol, which is disappointing.
