When you apply it in the winter, it's really pretty! It has a flushed look haha
ConsIt's redder than expected, so you need to adjust the application carefully! If not, you'll end up looking like a burning sweet potato

When I want to pretend to be a Summer Mute, I wear this color along with the NARS lipstick License to Love.
ConsAside from the slightly high price, there were no major downsides.

It appears delicate and seems to suit both cool and warm skin tones well.
ConsThere are times when it needs to be reapplied multiple times, and it can be a bit powdery.

On my cheeks, it gives a lively, light pink color. For reference, I'm around the 21-23 shade range, so I'm a Summer Mute type. I really think that true Summer Mutes or Winter Cool-toned folks should definitely try this out.
ConsThe only downsides are that it's a powder blush that requires a lot of tools, and the NARS-specific case can get dirty quickly.
TipThis blush needs to be applied with a brush, not just your fingers or other tools, to get the proper color payoff. The same goes for other NARS blushes (I have 6 of them). *Sharing my personal holy grail combo at this point* On regular days, I just apply one layer of blush and I'm done. But for special occasions, I like to do a more focused blush makeup look. On days when I want to look a little younger and feel good, I go for Impulsion + Thrill... On colder days or when I want to look more mature, I use Impulsion + Mata Hari (this is also a famous Summer Mute product, but the color is quite deep, so you only need a light touch, or else the makeup will look off) I find that these combinations give me the exact look I'm going for.

NARS is a product I really love, if not for the current situation, as the blush colors are diverse and there are many bold shades too ใ ใ ใ This vibrant pink gives a lively, flushed cheek look, and there's no better product for that.
ConsCase: โญ I just don't know how to clean the case so it doesn't look dirty... And I'm not sure if it's a characteristic of the blushes, but when you sweep it on with a brush, there are these grainy-looking spots that get left behind. I don't know why that happens.

You know the Nars blush is famous. The color payoff is pretty and it lasts long, looking natural.
ConsHmm, the price? Is there a cheaper version with a larger quantity? The brush cleaning is also a hassle.

They are neutral and versatile. The recommended colors are not as blue-toned as expected, but rather a coral-like hue that is easy to wear daily.
ConsThe product has powder fallout and the case becomes sticky over time, which is quite frustrating.

Surprisingly, this soft pink blush suits Galwam well. Like most NARS blushes, it blends with the natural flush of the cheeks, so the actual color payoff is not as cool-toned as the pan color. Instead, it gives me a more innocent, ballerina pink shade, even cooler-toned friends. Unlike Roadshop blushes, this bright pink has a decent amount of muting and a transparent texture that doesn't emphasize the skin on my complexion. I'd recommend this to warm-toned individuals who want to try the ballerina pink look. Due to the color properties, it's easy to apply without patchiness and the color is easy to control.
ConsFor very fair, cool-toned skin, the color payoff may not be as delicate and cool-toned as the pan color. Since the actual color leans a bit warmer than the pan, I'd recommend testing it out first before purchasing to see if it suits your preferences.
TipIf you want the color to show up more true-to-pan, you can first apply a light layer of translucent powder on the cheeks before applying the blush. NARS blushes work well with soft, gentle brushes. The soft, innocent look pairs nicely with a matte, lightweight skin finish.

It's so beautiful. The color is slightly more reddish than the fan color, but it's a lovely swatch that doesn't look like a sweet potato. I'm applying it with the RMK cheek brush.
ConsI don't like the case, but the product is good, so I'm using it well.
TipSummer mute folks, give it a try!
