I have sensitive skin and am a hand-washing person. The ingredients actually don't have many problematic components according to the Hwahae app, and it's a product that has undergone sensitive skin testing. It applies moisturizing and fills up the skin from within layer by layer. It absorbs better than expected. It's a semi-transparent, slightly runny cream formula. I like that there's a spatula to scoop it out. The product itself is gentle and good.

✔️ This is a moisturizing and refreshing cream! Just like the name 'ice cream', it feels slightly cool when applied. And as it's a moisturizing cream, it spreads lightly and easily. (It also absorbs well, so it was good to use as a base before makeup!) ✔️ The texture is on the thinner side for a cream, and the fragrance is close to fragrance-free! ✔️ I was happy with the mild ingredients! So this was a really versatile cream that I used without any issues.
Cons
If I had to pick something, since I have dry skin, it might be a bit light for me to use in the winter.
Tip
I paired this well with the Alive Lab 'Centella Powder' product! Mixing the cream with the powder helped me feel the soothing effects a bit more!

Pros
Among moisturizers, this was the product I used next most often after Innisfree and Aquawell products. It has an appropriate amount of oil and is very moisturizing, so it was a product I used to rely on frequently. However, I've now found an even better-suited product, so I've moved on from it.

The spreadability is smooth and the moisturizing effect lasts long. After applying this, I can see that small blemishes or large acne are soothed. Just applying it for about 3 days, my skin feels so soft and supple. When I apply it generously at night and wash my face in the morning, my skin looks so much better. I'm almost done with one container and I'm planning to buy this brand again and try their Centella powder as well. It's a great product with no downsides!
Cons
Since it's a jar type, I'm a bit worried about dust getting in... Hygiene is a concern. I wish they had offered a larger size.
