Pros
I bought it in Prague and just kept it, and while swimming, I washed my hair 2-3 times a day and went into the swimming pool water. After a month, my hair became as rough as a broom, so I took it out. While swimming, my hair also fell out a lot, but after using it for about a week, my hair definitely fell out less and my hair became softer (than a broom). Even if I don't wash my hair for a day, it gets oily right away, but since using the beer shampoo, it doesn't get as oily. That seems to be good for my very oily scalp.
Cons

After shampooing, when I look at the drain, I see a handful of hair falling out, but when using this product, only about two or three strands come out. The scent is a bit strong after rinsing, so it may be divisive. It's not a subtle, soft fragrance, but more like a perfume-like scent... ? My hair has become stiff. I bought it as a gift for a European trip and just used it there, thinking it was because of the hard water, but it seems that wasn't the only issue. I would recommend trying a bath salt-like product rather than shampoo if you go to Manufaktura.

Pros
The fragrance was not too strong. My hair seemed to be getting better. However, since I have been using organic shampoo for over 5 years, my hair may be temporarily feeling better due to the chemical products.
