  To be honest, the reason I bought this was that I was using a different lotion before, and suddenly ran out. My mom bought me this toner and lotion, and since my skin is usually quite dry and flaky, I was looking for something more moisturizing. Even just using the toner alone, I can feel my skin becoming more hydrated and supple, not dry anymore. The price is also better than I expected.
