I don't really see any downsides. Maybe in the winter when my skin gets dry, I'd need to have a more nourishing skincare routine?

I always use this product, it's the best! It's matte but doesn't make my makeup crumble, the foundation is great.

The price is a bit high,

There's nowhere to purchase it, so I have to buy it through an overseas purchasing agent. I bought the lightest shade and am mixing it.

The coverage is amazing. The ingredients are great, and it's my holy grail foundation. The longevity is also good, and the coverage is higher than Double Wear. It's better to mix it with products like NARS Sheer Glow Foundation or Armani Lasting Silk Foundation rather than using it alone - it becomes flawless.

I think applying a primer first will help minimize any pore issues.

First of all, the applicator requires twisting to open and dispense, which concerns me from a hygiene standpoint!
And it was just so matte that it was really difficult to spread on my face - wow, this product just sets so quickly, you have to work fast to blend it out... I've never seen a product that sets that fast before.
And what really bothered me was how poorly it wore - it just broke down so unattractively.
It settled into my pores and accentuated any flakiness I had,,, ugh!!!!!!!!!!
I'd really have to put in a lot of effort with my skincare routine, but as someone who loves their beauty sleep, that's a tough ask for me ^^;;
Oh, and the foundation shade seemed quite yellow to me -!
If you don't like yellow-based shades, this product will be a real letdown for you.


I received a birthday gift from a friend and tried it out, but it was so matte that it felt almost too matte even for my oily, mature skin!
However, the oil does come through over time, but this is the mattiest foundation I've ever tried (personally, I found it much thinner and mattier than Estee Lauder).


It's too drying, and I have to mix it with other products to avoid excessive flaking or dryness.

The coverage is truly excellent, and the wide range of colors is absolutely wonderful.

Although it claims to be a full-coverage foundation, the coverage isn't particularly impressive, so those of us with a lot of blemishes or imperfections to cover may need to use a higher-coverage foundation or concealer in addition to get the desired level of coverage.

Personally, I really like the rich, creamy texture of the Zelt Type Marc Jacobs Foundation as well as this product. The coverage is long-lasting and provides a smooth, seamless application.

Since it contains alcohol, the foundation feels matte and drying on my skin. I have to apply it quickly with a damp sponge, otherwise it dries up. The price is also exorbitantly high - buying it directly costs over $100.

My skin type is prone to occasional small/large pimples in the winter and oily in the summer.
I'm very grateful that this foundation has such great coverage with just a small amount applied. The longevity is also excellent - I wore it while sweating and running around, and it stayed in place even after using powder. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Dot it with a damp puff and spread it quickly.

It's just too inconvenient to use. There's no pump and it leaks so much that it's like half of it is wiped off.. I just discovered it recently but the darkening is severe. By the time I get home, my face has turned yellowish and it's unbearable to look at. And it dries up too quickly, so if you don't dot and apply it right away, it gets patchy.

At first, it matches the skin tone well and the face looks quite clean.

Since the coverage is quite high, it can look a bit matte
You can spray some skin essence a couple of times with a sponge or use the Missha waffle puff, and then just dab on a small amount on the cheeks, forehead, etc. to get a glowing, flawless complexion!

The most disappointing thing seems to be the price
I mean, there are foundations that are even more expensive, but for me, it's still expensive
And it's only available at Sephora
So you have to either order it online or buy it when you travel abroad
And there are quite a few places in Asia where Sephora doesn't exist
It also seems to sell out quickly
I was originally going to buy the gel foundation, but the lightest shade was out of stock, so I ended up getting the Remarkable one instead
And after reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised that this one seems to be better rated

And at first, the coverage is great, but over time, the pores in the nose area start to show through a bit (I don't use primer)
I haven't found a good tip yet - whether using a light base or a very hydrating one, it still settles in

It's drying... if you use it as directed, the hidden wrinkles suddenly appear!!! Since I have dry skin, I mix it with lotion and oil... but the coverage is good so it still works out ㅎㅎ However, I don't think that's what it was made for ㅠ I probably won't repurchase it.
