  Pros

  It's a moisturizing oil tint, so while the matte color is pretty, it can be a bit drying on its own. Applying it like a gloss on top works well. It's not as thick as a lip gloss, so it feels lighter. The color is quite sheer, so you can apply it liberally without worrying. Above all, the case and applicator are adorably cute, making it a collectible piece.

  Cons

  Its only real value is as a collector's item. The staying power is just average, and overall it's nothing special. Other shades might be different, so be sure to test them out. Personally, I was drawn in by the packaging, but I hardly use it now.

  Tip

  Be careful when applying it to your full lips - if you use too much, it might end up looking overly shiny!
