Fortunately, I've found some basic skincare products that work well for me, but I've struggled to find suitable color cosmetics, resulting in a stockpile of unused BB creams and compacts. I started using the NC Cream in early fall with some skepticism, given its good ingredients for a color product. Oh my, I've finally found a product that doesn't cause blemishes or irritate my face! And there's no darkening effect either. While some people say the coverage is weak, I'm very satisfied with it. It naturally covers what needs to be covered. Applying it by dampening a puff, pumping twice, and gently patting it on gives the most hydrated and beautiful finish. Using hands instead of a puff makes a big difference. For those with sensitive skin who, like me, have struggled to find a suitable product - unless you have severe blemishes, I highly recommend this. Since I can't use any compact, I even use this for touch-ups. I hope they make a compact version too!
ConsIn autumn, I didn't feel any dryness with the NC Cream at all. But now that it's getting colder, I'm experiencing that typical seasonal flakiness and dryness. So these days, it feels less moisturizing than it did in fall. I have dry skin, and my skin condition always worsens during seasonal changes. This is the only drawback, really.
TipMake sure to use a puff! I use those small pre-cut puffs sold at Olive Young. I dampen it, gently wipe off excess moisture with a towel, pump the NC Cream twice, and pat it on. This method works best for me. Applying with hands feels quite different. Since I dislike the hassle, I use a new puff each day. For those who are good at maintaining puffs, washing and reusing the same puff daily would be even better!

Since they advertise it as a functional brightening moisturizer, that seems to be their main focus. However, after a while, my T-zone gets a bit oily... sigh.
ConsI was expecting this to be a substitute for BB or CC cream since it's marketed as a color cosmetic. Unfortunately, it made my complexion look dull (though that might be because I have fair skin), my pores were still visible, and it had zero coverage. For me, it's the least value for money. I won't be repurchasing.
TipAs others have mentioned, use this as a base and make sure to apply a powder that matches your skin tone.
