First off, it's fragrance-free, and I bought it trusting the Trader Joe's brand. However, I was surprised to find PEG listed as the 8th ingredient. On the plus side, it's affordable and actually worked on my extremely dry hands where other body and hand creams failed. If I had known it contained PEG-100, I would have hesitated to buy it, or probably wouldn't have bought it at all. I purchased it on a friend's recommendation for my kids, but now that I've discovered it contains PEG, I'm planning to limit its use on them. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 26, 2017
It's gentle, moisturizing, and has a lovely scent. This emulsion is even more appealing because of its affordable price. I've been using it for quite a while and tried switching to other products, but I'm planning to come back to this one once I finish my current skincare. There's nothing particularly bad about it. If I had to nitpick, maybe the emulsion tends to solidify quickly at the pump opening... but that's really stretching it. - rl*********Combination SkinAcne SkinNov 16, 2016
It has a nice consistency and absorbs well. With these ingredients, isn't it a good product? The scent is very subtle, but I absolutely love it. I think it might be a herbal extract fragrance, though it's labeled as fragrance-free. The price is great, and the amount lasts me about two to three months, so I'm satisfied. It's a hassle to go all the way to Trader Joe's, and having to purchase it online is inconvenient. In winter, if you apply this after using body oil post-shower, it locks in moisture all night long. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 19, 2016
Pros: The price is incredibly affordable and the hydration is excellent. At first, I thought it was heavy, but it absorbs well and keeps my skin from feeling dry until I shower the next day. The scent is also pleasant. I have dry, atopic-prone skin. My arms are extremely dry, and the hydration isn't quite enough for extremely dry skin! It seems perfect for normal to dry skin types. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 16, 2016
It's cheap, comes in a huge quantity, has great hydration, and doesn't evaporate quickly. Compared to aloe gels from road shops that cost 3-4000 won for 300ml, this one was about 5000 won for nearly 500ml, which is incredibly affordable. If you apply too much before makeup without letting it absorb, it can cause pilling due to its rich texture. However, if you mist your face, apply it gently, and let it absorb before applying makeup, your skin won't feel too dry throughout the day. Surprisingly, it doesn't leave an oily residue even when applied at night or over makeup. It's labeled as pH balanced, which might be why it's not sticky, and unlike other moisturizers, it's neither too watery nor does the hydration evaporate quickly. That's what I love about it! I trusted Trader Joe's and assumed it would be organic... I heard it was effective even for children with atopic dermatitis, so I believed in it... While it's probably better than products containing six or seven harmful ingredients, I still feel a bit deceived... Nevertheless, considering various factors, I'll likely continue to repurchase it.
