Pros
The formula is watery and absorbs well, which I like. But since I have oily skin with dehydration, the moisturizing power is almost non-existent, so I would highly recommend this to those with very oily skin.
Cons
As I mentioned before, it lacked moisturizing power and left my skin feeling dry. However, I didn't really have any other major complaints. Oh, and when wiping my face with cotton pads, I did feel a slight tingling sensation. So those with sensitive or dry skin might want to avoid using this.
Tip
Soaking a thin cotton pad in it and applying it to troubled areas can be refreshing.

Pros
The price was really affordable. The texture was nice - it spread smoothly without feeling greasy or oily.
Cons
At first, my face would get red and feel hot. I was hesitant about it, but after continued use, those issues gradually went away. I wouldn't buy it again though...it's just so-so.

Pros
I personally found it to have good spreadability and moisturizing properties. I've been using it along with a lotion, and it moisturizes well, so I repurchased it. However, I think it might work better in the winter than in the summer.
Cons
