So frustrating! It seems it's not suitable for sensitive little ones. The Penaten cream bath worked well for us, though. Her hair got tangled, so we tried using conditioner too, but it made no difference. Recently, we switched to Green** Ultra shampoo, and her hair doesn't tangle anymore. For this product, I'd recommend reading lots of reviews before purchasing!
