It is moisturizing and does not emphasize flaky skin.
ConsThe longevity is disappointing ㅜㅜ If I don't reapply after eating, the lip line is left in a purplish color.
TipThis is a lip product that I frequently use as it is extremely moisturizing and has a smooth application, which is great for someone like me who has a lot of lip flakiness. The color becomes a bit brighter when applied on the lips (for cool-toned skin). It is not too bold, making it suitable for daily use!

It's easy to use on a daily basis and also works well when mixed with other colors.
ConsThe saturation is lower than expected, so it may not suit some people.

Personally, I think it's much better than Nars lipsticks. It applies smoothly and softly, and it's so moisturizing.
ConsThe color is...too intense. I just bought it because it's famous as a summer mute must-have, but it's way too dark. After applying it twice, it looks like the grim reaper. It develops into a dark purple color mixed with black, and I don't know why. The great pigmentation is actually a flaw. I wasted my money, but I'll just say I had a coffee at the Coffee Bean.
TipI really doubt it will suit cool-toned summer skin. It's way too dark. What is this, a poisoned grim reaper? 'Look...it's a disaster...!!!!!!!!!!!' That's what that guy said.

ConsEverything else was good, but the color was a bit too dark for my complexion... I think I would need to apply it very lightly.

It can be used as a cool-toned MLBB (My Lips But Better), and it's especially suitable if you have a slightly cool, light grayish skin tone - it's unlikely to fail. It's very similar to Clio's Russet Rose, but has a bit more of a lavender blush color. It's much more moisturizing and fragrance-free, so the application feels even better. It glides on the lips smoothly. The formula has excellent spreadability and is moisturizing without being too glossy - it's a satin-type lipstick. GOOD: Smooth application, no tackiness, suitable for cool-toned MLBB, recommended for summer muted tones (very bright and cool gray, lavender lips).
ConsBAD: If applied heavily, it can make the lips look grayish. The ingredients are a bit disappointing. It's not the best choice for warm-toned individuals. As a spring-warm leaning summer-cool toned person, I carefully examined this product and found that it makes my lips look slightly whiter and more pale bluish than my natural lip color...haha. It's not extremely unflattering, but if Russet Rose wasn't an option, I would have given it a 5-star rating. However, since Russet Rose suits me a bit better, I'll give this a 4.7 rating. If you have a cool and pinkish-white complexion (lavender lips) that suits this kind of color, Ceci Mauve might be a better option than Russet Rose. I accidentally ended up owning both, but you really don't need to have both since the colors are quite similar. Just get the one you like more and use the remaining money for something else... I tend to just keep using the one I like more since the colors are so similar. Sorry Ceci, you're so soft and fragrance-free, but the color is a bit too cool-toned for me.. Sigh, maybe in my next life I'll be born where Russet Rose doesn't exist (?). Other than the fact that the muted tone doesn't suit me perfectly, there are no other downsides to this product. ++ I don't like BHT.. I'd rather have more pigment content, even though the application feels nice, the ingredients are a bit disappointing.
TipOverall, the photos came out a bit warmer. You can think of it as a bit darker than Photo 4! All the colors were swatched as intensely as possible, excluding the mood filter. Photo 1 (reading direction) 1. Clio - Russet Rose 2. Revlon - Ceci Mauve 3. Peripera - Mood Filter Photo 2 (vertical) 1. Russet Rose 2. Ceci Mauve 3. Mood Filter 4. (right) Clio - Rosy Wood Photo 3 (MLBB frontal... reading direction) 1 Berry Rich, 2 Montaigne Brick, 3 Dry Flower 4* Rosy Wood, 5** Ceci Mauve, 6* Mood Filter 7 Crimson Rose, 8* Russet Rose The ones with stars are the cooler ones. Photo 4 (reading direction) 1. Berry Rich (soft rose red) 2. Crimson Rose (slightly warmer pink) 3. Russet Rose (grayish, muted purple pink) 4. Ceci Mauve (97% similar to #3) Photo 5 Left - Russet Rose full lip / Ceci Mauve full lip (Adjusted the colors to capture them as accurately as possible) ++ The Mood Filter formula is too slippery to apply thickly (gets muddy...) and appears the brightest and most delicate of the three when actually applied. ++ I included Rosy Wood to show how muted these shades are, as it's slightly hazy compared to other lip products. ++ Ceci Mauve always looks warmer in photos, but when actually applied on the lips, it's cooler and more pink-toned than Russet Rose! They're really similar. I regretted buying both at first and had to scrutinize to find the differences, but if you're not paying close attention, it's hard to tell them apart. ★★★★★ = Holy Grail/Potential Holy Grail, go for it!! ★★★★ = Good! You won't regret buying it ★★★ = Usable if you have it, no need to buy specifically ★★ = Unlikely to use even if you have it ★ = Will toss it within a few days

The application itself is quite moisturizing, and the pigmentation is also excellent. The photos are from left to right, swiped once, twice, and three times. It seems to work well for summer muted (grayish) tones that are somewhat compatible with both warm and cool tones, but not for me.
ConsWhen applied on the lips, the color changes over time. The purple undertone gradually increases, and I have to reapply and correct the makeup, and later it becomes almost a vivid purple. I'm not sure if this is because the color doesn't suit me, but the discoloration after application is definitely excessive. The staining and longevity are almost non-existent, so it all wears off when eating and drinking. Due to the formula, it also tends to bleed out. It's moisturizing upon application, but there is some emphasis on dry patches, and it gradually becomes drier over time, so that's something to be aware of. The lid is weak, and after opening and closing it a few times, it becomes loose, so I sometimes find it open in my bag when I check it.
