I used to use the Missha Youth Cream exclusively, but I noticed that my skin was lacking moisture, so I purchased it and have been using it consistently for almost 2 years now. My skin feels much more hydrated, and there is no dryness even after extended wear. However, I have suddenly developed some skin issues, so I will be discontinuing use. Please read below as well.
Cons
I used it for a long time, but one day my eye area and both cheeks suddenly became extremely sensitive, and applying the cream caused a stinging, burning sensation, so I had to stop using it. I stopped using it for about a week, and now that I'm using it again, there is still a slight stinging sensation, and unlike before, the moisture doesn't last very long, so my face becomes extremely dry within a couple of hours. Before, my skin would stay hydrated for a long time after applying, but now the glow disappears within minutes, and it feels as dry as if I hadn't applied anything. Even when I wake up in the morning, it doesn't seem like my skin is producing any oil.

I tried it once and it seems to have a lot of moisture. I'm not sure if it absorbs quickly, but it feels similar to a serum.

Pros
Although I have sensitive skin, this cream did not cause any trouble and was gentle. It had all the necessary functionality and suited my skin well. After using this, I considered it my life-changing cream and boldly replaced the Kiehl's moisturizer I had been repurchasing. It absorbs quickly without any stickiness, and it provides a nice, locked-in hydration like a liquid powder. I have repurchased it, and my repurchase intention is 100%!
