I was really surprised to see negative reviews on Hwahae because I was absolutely thrilled with this product! When I traveled to the UK, my eyes would swell up every time after washing my face, probably due to the different water. In a pinch, I bought this famous little friend. After cleansing, I diligently applied it around my eyes and wiped with toner, and gradually things improved. (Though it wasn't solely because of this product, of course!)

Even when I applied it generously and put on makeup, there was no pilling at all. I loved the feeling of the eye area becoming plump and hydrated. I've had experiences where other products caused my makeup to pill, which was quite frustrating. With this one, my eye makeup actually applies even better!
