Can be applied before makeup Lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't smear! My husband, who used to avoid sunscreen because it felt heavy, has been using it daily. At first, when I applied it, I was startled because it was so white, like a whitening effect, but it absorbed quickly and finished off with a moisturized feel.
