The only downside I can think of is the somewhat high price point, but other than that, I haven't noticed any issues while using it.

It really brightens my complexion and doesn't leave an oily residue, making it perfect for my oily skin. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, I find it even better than Estée Lauder foundation and have been using it consistently.
