I only used it once because the staying power was really poor, so the things I liked about it were not much...ㅜㅜ But it definitely didn't smudge.
Cons
The staying power is really non-existent ㅜㅜ After applying the mascara, my eyelashes almost immediately lose their strength,

It looks like it's climbing up nicely and appearing rich and beautiful. Since it's non-smudging, it doesn't bleed too much and I'm using it really well.
Cons
The only disappointing aspect would be that the amount seems a bit small compared to the price.

Pros
To be honest, I don't really feel that the Bobbie mascara is particularly good, but this one is usable! I prioritize curling and longevity over long lashes. The curling is decent, but the mascara itself doesn't seem to have much staying power. But! When used with the Etude House fixer, it becomes an unstoppable mascara. And even without the fixer, it didn't smudge at all, just as the name suggests!
Cons
The lack of longevity... and the curling not being that intense... but it does remove well with a makeup remover.
Tip
Use it with the Etude House fixer... you can experience amazing curling, longevity, and no smudging!

It really applies well and has zero smudging. There's no powder fallout and it doesn't clump up, which is great.
Cons
The curling power is not that good, and the price is a bit expensive...

Compared to what I've been using recently, this mascara doesn't smear as much, and there's no powdery fallout. It stays neat and clean.
