  This coral shade is perfect for cool-toned skin. It's a beautiful color with a hint of pink. Being an oil-based lipstick, it applies smoothly and keeps your lips moisturized all day long, which I really appreciate.

  Cons

  Pros

  It's so hydrating that you can use it without emphasizing dead skin cells. The soft texture makes it easy to apply. Even a light application gives good color payoff.

  Cons

  The soft texture means it gets used up quickly. While it's moisturizing, the staying power is low. It transfers easily, making cups and masks messy, unfortunately.

  The lips feel so comfortable A color that suits everyone Perfect for a natural look when applied thinly The color is truly beautiful Small and pretty, great for carrying around It's really gorgeous and I want to buy it again in a different shade The actual color has a slightly redder tone than in the photos I swatched shades 1, 3, and 5 from left to right

  Cons

  The transfer is extremely severe (unavoidable but disappointing) The color disappears from your lips without a trace (something to keep in mind...) There's slight settling into lines and accentuation of dead skin cells Fingerprints show up too easily on the case Due to its moisturizing formula, it has some inevitable drawbacks

  Tip

  Apply a similar shade of water tint first, then layer this on top for a seamless look that doesn't emphasize dead skin cells even when it fades For a more natural appearance, apply it to the inner lips first, then blend outwards thinly, and reapply to the inner lips Wear it sheer with bold eye makeup or more intensely with subtle eye looks (basically, it looks pretty no matter how you apply it!)

  As someone who loves a moisturizing lip product that provides ample color payoff without looking overdone on bare lips, I've found a new favorite. After using Giorgio Armani's Ecstasy Shine for a while, I was on the hunt for something similar and stumbled upon this gem. First off, the scent is delightful! It has a subtle, pleasant fruity aroma - perhaps a hint of orange? - that instantly lifts my mood. The color payoff is impressive, even surpassing Armani's. Just one swipe glides on smoothly, delivering a beautiful coral shade with orange-red undertones. It's perfect for a natural look on bare lips, and when layered over other lip products after applying makeup, it adds a lovely hydrating finish.

  Cons

  Given its moisturizing properties, you'll have to accept that the staying power and transfer resistance aren't great. It tends to emphasize dry patches on the lips. The texture feels more like it's coating the lips rather than truly absorbing, which is where the Armani Ecstasy Shine had an edge. Even after wearing it for a while, it doesn't seem to meld with the lips, resulting in more noticeable transfer.

  The application is great, it feels quite moisturizing! On my lips, the color was closer to red than coral, and it really brightens up the face. It even looks good on a bare face without makeup! As a bonus, it's a bit smaller than regular lipsticks, which makes it adorably cute!

  Cons

  Because it applies so smoothly, it tends to transfer easily onto cups and wears off quickly. It also clings a bit to dead skin cells on the lips. However, it's still pretty and good for frequent reapplication!

  Make sure to exfoliate your lips well before applying! It might be good to use a similar color tint underneath or apply a top coat after for better staying power.

  It keeps my lips moisturized without feeling overly sticky. The color is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the case design too.

  Pros

  Comparing the Lux Lip Color to MAC's Huggable, the Lux is more velvety while the Huggable is less so. As for color payoff, it goes Lux > Nourishing > Huggable. But don't get me wrong, the color payoff is still great. A light application gives a beautiful water-stained effect, while you can build it up for more intensity. It's incredibly moisturizing too!

  Cons

  Due to its moisturizing nature, it does transfer easily. Don't expect long-lasting wear - that's just the nature of this type of lipstick.
