To be honest, I expected a soothing effect, but it seems to do the opposite. A small blemish appeared under my chin, and when I applied the mask, that area felt more itchy and warm. I thought it would calm down after sleeping, but it didn't. Also, I expected the essence to have a watery texture, but it's more like a runny gel? Even after removing the mask, it felt sticky, so I had to rinse my face. If I didn't wash it off, it kept feeling itchy. I'm not sure what didn't agree with my skin...

The cooling sensation when applied is a nice feature. The scent is also refreshingly cool.

The mask's adherence could be better. It quickly lifts off around the philtrum area, and you can spot patches where the essence hasn't fully soaked into the sheet.
