  Before using this product, I used to use the Innisfree* Apple Remover. I love eye makeup, so I often do it, but on days when I wear mascara, my eyelashes would tear when I removed it with the remover (even without makeup, my under-eye area would sometimes tear when I'm tired). When I bought the cushion from MAC, I first tried the remover as a sample, and I found that my eyelashes didn't tear when I removed the mascara! Wiping it off with the remover doesn't feel stuffy or sticky, which I like. Most importantly, it's gentle!
