When used, it tends to make hair softer. I tried it because it's said to be effective for damaged hair, and it does seem to have some positive effect on the overall hair texture. A little goes a long way in terms of lather, which makes for a pleasant washing experience. While the scent suits my taste, it's not your typical fragrance. Apparently, I'm not the only one experiencing a slight tingling sensation on the scalp. It doesn't seem to be particularly beneficial for the scalp. I've also noticed increased hair fall. Given the high content of harmful ingredients, I think it's best not to repurchase. It's cheaper to buy online, while salons sell it at a higher price. I've been using it for 3 years without any particular issues I hadn't checked the ingredients before, but they're not good... I'm planning to switch to something else now

I thought it was just me, but it seems others are experiencing the same thing. The cleansing effectiveness isn't great either - I have to use a scalp brush and double shampoo to remove the oil. It's a shame to waste it, but it's too difficult to use long-term on its own, so I alternate it with a scalp shampoo. I won't be repurchasing this. The green and pink versions had good reviews, but this one doesn't cleanse well, makes my hair itchy, and I'm not sure why. I can't wait to finish this and switch to a different product. No dryness. Honestly, it might not suit those with oily scalps... I ran out of my usual shampoo, so I've been using this one my mom got recommended at the salon. My scalp has been unusually itchy lately. Not sure if it's because of this shampoo or just the summer heat - I'll know when I buy a new shampoo. But this never happened before. My hair gets flat easily too. I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and was shocked. I bought this after my hairstylist recommended it, and I'm quite satisfied. My hair feels noticeably softer, and the fragrance is lovely. I've been enjoying using it... After discovering Hwahae, I belatedly checked the ingredients and was shocked! They say shampoo gets fully absorbed through the scalp... Oh no, I'm at a loss for what to do now. I suppose I should stop using it, right?
