Use it on dry skin. Don't over-apply or scrub the same area repeatedly, as that can lead to excessive peeling.

Product can build up and dry on the spray nozzle, causing it to clog and not spray evenly the next time you use it - it'll just kind of dribble out instead of spraying properly.

Using a damp cloth to scrub off dirt doesn't really have the same effect, of course. But if your goal is gentle exfoliation without too much irritation, this could work well. I've tried it lightly on my face too, and it provides a nice, non-irritating peeling effect. The large volume and spray format mean you can use it for a long time.

The removed dead skin gets tangled with the hair, making it very painful to peel off. If you don't rinse it off quickly with water, it will dry up and become even more painful. It feels like the skin is thinning. Whenever there is irritation, some areas develop acne-like bumps, and the ingredients in the product seem to rapidly erode the skin, causing it to break out and hurt.
