If you're a fan of MLBB (My Lips But Better) colors, you'll absolutely love this. The shade is incredibly satisfying. The application is fantastic - it goes on creamy but finishes matte. If you like matte lips but worry about dead skin cells showing, this product will be less problematic! I personally adore this type of application.

No matter how hard I try, I can't find a single flaw. It's perfection itself.

I received this as a birthday gift, and it's become my holy grail lipstick! Since I'm not a fan of vibrant shades, I really appreciate this subdued color. My friend tried mine on and loved how beautiful it looked... I think it would suit everyone perfectly. Words can't do it justice - you absolutely must buy it!

Valkyrie looks more beautiful when applied as a gradient from the inner lips rather than covering the entire lip area.

Valkyrie, a darker shade in the MLBB family... It appears more subtle and natural on the lips compared to swatching on the back of your hand.

I mainly use it during Fall/Winter seasons. In spring, I apply it lightly, focusing on the inner lips for a gradient effect. It's a suitable color for early spring rather than late spring.

As a velvet matte lip product, it applies matte but doesn't feel dry or stiff. Instead, it glides on the lips like velvet, creating a natural color payoff. Unlike other matte lipsticks with intense pigmentation, this formula applies lightly with a subtle, natural finish. Even those who usually find matte lips uncomfortable might enjoy using this product.

Valkyrie is a deeper shade compared to Dolce Vita, think of it as a subtle brick color. When applying it alone, rather than covering the entire lip, it looks prettier when applied as a gradient starting from the inner lips. Despite being a deep MLBB shade, it's not overwhelming due to its buildable formula.

It also pairs beautifully with Dolce Vita. Try applying Dolce Vita all over and then add Valkyrie as an accent on the inner lips for a charming effect.

I like to apply a thin layer of Vaseline on top. In winter, it can feel a bit too matte and make my lips feel constricted.

It's on the pricier side, and the amount you get is quite small for the cost. Most importantly, while it's a lip product, the ingredients are a bit disappointing. I've noticed this tends to be the case with foreign brands, unfortunately.

It absorbs well and the color payoff is great. It glides on smoothly and effortlessly. The staying power is impressive too. It's matte, so if you're looking for something moisturizing, you might want to avoid this. Don't forget to exfoliate your lips first!

I've found out that NARS has many shades suitable for autumn deep tones.

You really have to sharpen this one all the way down to use it~ It's such a pain.

I was considering 'Kinda Sexy' as a base shade but decided to wait. 'Taupe' seemed too intense, so I postponed it. I really wanted 'Mocha', but while researching it, I found out about a similar product and ended up getting this one.

For those with dry lips, apply a moisturizer and let it absorb before using this product.

The matte finish is a downside. After using this, perhaps due to dryness, I experienced a cheilitis outbreak. Also, sharpening it is extremely inconvenient.

I have a yellowish deep undertone complexion. Even after trying Dolce Vita, I was unimpressed and thought 'Maybe it's not for me' during the dried rose craze. But Valkyrie changed everything!! It's a perfect match ㅠㅠㅠ It's reddish yet subtle, making it ideal for daily wear at the office.

Make sure to take good care of your lips and apply it properly to minimize the drying effect.

It does make my lips quite dry. But with this gorgeous color and amazing longevity, I can overlook that minor flaw.

This is what they mean when they say 'holy grail lip product'. I usually only suit intense lip colors and always went for bold looks, but this one is perfect without being too much - it just sticks right on!
