Pros
The color is not bad. It has a bit of a chili-like feel, and it's a warm red color that I think many people would prefer. It wasn't for me, though.
Cons
While the application isn't uncomfortable, the color just doesn't suit me. I've always lived by the warm spring color line, so I think that's why the red didn't work for me. If it's Bomwarm, it's a reddish-orange color that would suit most people, and in the gradient, the pink becomes more prominent, while the orange feeling is stronger in the full color. Even for those with warm undertones who don't suit orange, it would blend in quite well.
Cons
The biggest disappointment I've experienced with NARS lip products is the uneven application and the original color plus the pink tint. As a lip enthusiast who has tried many brands, the uneven application is not a big issue, but the disappointing pink tint seems to have a slightly negative effect. Additionally, the need to sharpen the product to use it is quite inconvenient.

First of all, the color is incredibly beautiful. It's a deep red with an orange undertone, almost a burgundy shade. It's a color that will suit both warm and cool skin tones. (For reference, I have a warm skin tone.) It's a matte formula, so the color payoff is vivid and the longevity is great. When you sharpen it with a pencil sharpener, the product comes to a fine point, so you can apply it precisely and delicately.
Cons
Since it's a matte formula, it can accentuate any dryness or flakiness on the lips. It's best to make sure your lips are smooth and free of any peeling before applying it. The need for a dedicated pencil sharpener could also be considered a downside (though any standard pencil sharpener should work if you don't want to purchase a specific one).
