ProsWearing it while sleeping can reduce puffiness a little bit the next day.
I wore it daily for 2 weeks and my face became much slimmer, so I immediately bought it again.
ConsYou have to pull it taut to a certain degree, otherwise your ears will hurt.
It's a bit itchy and stuffy.
