The pumping is too stiff.
I'm not sure if it's an issue with the formula or the case,
but it's a bit frustrating that it doesn't come out smoothly.

It seems quite decent.
I didn't feel it was extremely moisturizing or dry.
Looking at the ingredients, it seems to have some conditioner components that may not be ideal.
For some reason, my hair felt a little less tangled than the wash products I've been using.
But it still gets tangled, haha.
The wide bottom made it stable when pumping, which was nice.

I don't really know of any downsides.. The fact that it's not very bubbly might be frustrating for those with oily skin.

I'm using this baby bath product myself.
I used it for my second cleansing and morning cleansing, and it's moisturizing, trouble-free, and nice.^^

The bottom of the container is a bit too wide, which made it a bit difficult to store. But this is a very minor issue, not a problem with the ingredients.

I happened to come across it and started using it, but I haven't noticed any bad points. The only thing is, the fragrance is like that of a sprout, or rather, it seems to express the bitter taste of a sprout in its aroma. I suppose that's because it contains sprout extract. (As for the lotion, I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure if it has a similar scent.) But still, it's better than an artificial fragrance. Using it, my skin feels a bit smoother. Anyway, my kids have been using it without any trouble.
