I purchased this product because it's said to be good for nourishing eyelashes, and I was concerned about my eyelashes falling out too much.

It doesn't sting at all even when it gets in my eyes, and when I soak a cotton pad with it and hold it on my eyes, it melts the makeup away quickly.

Mascara and eyeliner are removed cleanly, and I barely see any leftover makeup residue!

I didn't really pay much attention to the fragrance while using it regularly, so it seems to be a fairly neutral scent without strong likes or dislikes.

Even though I have acne-prone skin, I haven't had any breakouts from using this to remove my facial makeup.

The cleansing power is much better than just using cleansing oil alone, and it was also reasonably priced since Olive Young often has sales on it.

If I had to nitpick, it can be a bit oily? And you have to remember to shake it before use to mix the water and oil.

This is truly amazing! Just dampen a cotton pad with the right amount, place it on your eyes, and gently press for 30 seconds. The mascara will disappear without a trace... No matter how hard I scrub with other cleansing waters, the mascara that never came off before magically vanishes when I just let it sit for 30 seconds. It's a miracle... Truly, using this will improve your quality of life. And unlike other lip and eye removers, this won't wipe away your base makeup, so you don't need to use a separate cleansing water. The formula is light, so it can remove your entire face makeup without irritation.

While it's not extremely irritating when it gets in the eyes, it does sting a bit. Most importantly, the packaging is inconvenient to use.
The opening is designed in a way that makes it easy to spill.

Although it does remove mascara and eyeliner, it's an oil-based makeup remover that requires multiple wipes to remove, rather than a single swipe. The cleansing power doesn't seem very strong.

Pond's is too dry and not great, but the Etude remover was just right. This is much worse than Pond's;; It feels like my eyes are on fire.

It's great that it's affordable and I can just dab it on the cotton pads! I usually have trouble with my makeup smearing, but the waterproof makeup came off easily and the oily texture made it feel smooth to remove. I've used 3 bottles (green and clear) and the other lines were all good too.

If applied too heavily, it needs to be left on for a while longer.

I really feel like I wasted my money, I should have just read the reviews before buying it
-The oil is really greasy, like seriously greasy. It's not even a lip oil, it's a water-based one but it's still super greasy. My hands feel slippery.
