I've been using this shampoo since my child was born 18 years ago. Initially, I bought it for seborrheic dermatitis, but it cleared up completely, so I've been using it with satisfaction ever since. My child is now 8 years old and can wash their hair thoroughly by themselves at the swimming pool. It's inconvenient because you have to purchase it through direct overseas buying. You need to check the expiration date before purchasing! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 26, 2019
My child has sensitive skin, but we've been using this consistently without any blemishes or reactions. I have very fine hair, and this makes it too stiff and difficult to comb through. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2018
The best thing about this shampoo is its gentle and kind ingredients. While it doesn't produce a lot of lather, it's still enough to wash your hair properly. As someone with a super sensitive scalp who can't use just any shampoo, I've noticed that after using this, I don't have any dead skin cells flaking off and my scalp issues have cleared up. The downside is that after washing, your hair might feel a bit stiff. However, if you use a separate treatment, it shouldn't be a problem at all. - yu******Oily SkinAcne SkinMar 24, 2018
During pregnancy, I experienced a lot of dead skin cells on my scalp and severe itching, so I went to a dermatologist. I bought this shampoo they were selling at the clinic and tried it out. It was a bit difficult to lather up on its own, but using a bubble maker worked well. I managed to use up the whole bottle. The scent wasn't really my style. Also, it's on the pricier side, so it's a bit too expensive to make it a regular part of my routine. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 20, 2018
I bought this because of its great ingredients. The scent is a subtle, gentle milk fragrance that wasn't off-putting at all while using it. For some reason, as I continued using it, my scalp became very itchy. I even tried double shampooing, but it didn't improve, so I decided not to repurchase. It doesn't lather very well, so you'll need to shampoo twice. - yo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 7, 2017
I bought this product from a pharmacy during my trip to Australia because of its great ingredients. The scent is lovely, reminiscent of marshmallows - a nice milky fragrance. Among natural shampoos, this one is relatively less drying. I'm not sure why, but when I use this shampoo, my scalp starts itching within a day. As someone who has tried many natural shampoos, this one seems to cause more irritation than others. Because of this, I only use it once or twice a week. It might be better suited for babies. With all natural shampoos, you really need to use a conditioner. Otherwise, you'll truly experience what it's like to have hair as coarse as a dog's. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 25, 2016
The scent isn't as sweet as typical store-bought products. It lathers well, but feels a bit tight when rinsing with water... Kind of like washing with soap? It feels a bit strange while drying, but once fully dry, my hair is soft. I'm using this for seborrheic dermatitis, and I've noticed significantly less dead skin cells on my scalp compared to before! If you're concerned about scalp flaking, this might be worth trying. There's a slight tightness to it. When you run your fingers through wet hair, it feels a bit tangled and doesn't glide smoothly. - ma*****Combination SkinJun 7, 2016
When my health isn't at its best, my scalp is the first to show it. I've struggled with dead skin cells, scabs, and itchiness, trying every shampoo under the sun. The stress from finding the right shampoo was truly overwhelming. I've tried pretty much every highly recommended shampoo out there. I discovered this product by chance a few years ago while in Australia, and I've been using it exclusively for three years now. It's the shampoo that has completely eliminated all my shampoo-related stress. One downside is that you absolutely need to use the conditioner with it. If you use the shampoo alone, your hair feels a bit stiff. Also, it's quite expensive and hard to find in Korea. The price difference compared to what it costs in Australia is significant. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJun 4, 2016
I really like it! The foam doesn't lather up much because of the good ingredients. I'm already used to it. It's great that I don't have to worry even if I apply it all over my face. There's nothing bad about it. Although it doesn't have an artificial fragrance, I actually prefer it that way! I found it quite nice. If you feel your hair is dry, I'd recommend trying Mugu's conditioner as well. I have short hair, but when I tried a sample before, it worked pretty well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 3, 2016
My scalp has become healthier. I used to have itching, redness, and even scratched wounds, but now... My hair feels healthier, and I don't seem to be losing as much hair anymore. It's really great that it's not irritating at all. Unless something even gentler and better comes along, I think I'll keep using this product. I'm so impressed by these Mugwort products that work hard for my skin! Perhaps due to its gentle ingredients, it doesn't lather up very well. After rinsing and while drying my hair, it feels a bit stiff, but once it's completely dry, my hair feels amazing!
