Both my sibling and I have sensitive scalps and have experienced inflammation. In short, the inflammation has subsided (though it may recur), the cleansing power is good, and the fragrance is subtle and pleasant. It's not a strong fragrance, just a mild one. I will repurchase it in the future. I use various products, and most of them work well and are good for me. I think I will continue using this product going forward.

As the name 'Repair' suggests, it's a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner product. 
You don't need to use a separate conditioner, as this one is enough. 
I occasionally do a hair treatment.
I bought it again during the sale. I recommend it :)
