A small amount the size of a thumbnail can produce plenty of lather. The fragrance is pleasant. This is a free product I received when purchasing the Syoss shampoo from Henkel.

Two members of my household used it together, and within a week, their hair loss doubled or tripled compared to before. My scalp became too dry, and I found myself unconsciously scratching it. The hair became very frizzy and difficult to brush. After checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I suspected it was the cause and stopped using it. I think the micro-crystal component may have been unsuitable for my scalp.

My mom was enamored with the 'Made in Germany' label, so I ended up using it until I switched to a mugwort shampoo. As someone with an oily scalp, I enjoyed the squeaky-clean feeling it provided.

Just because it's 'Made in Germany' doesn't mean the ingredients are good. The ingredients are actually quite poor. Sodium laureth sulfate can cause cataracts and dry out the skin. That's probably why it felt so squeaky-clean... I used to have great hair, but after 3 bleachings, 2 dye jobs, and 1 perm, my hair condition deteriorated. When I air-dried my hair, it would become stiff and rigid, like a dried paintbrush, and would only relax when I bent it. But this shampoo was just too harsh. The matching conditioner was also practically ineffective, so I had to tough it out until I used it all up. Things got better once I switched to the mugwort shampoo.
