ProsI'm absolutely thrilled with this product! One of my main skin concerns has been blackheads and pores, and previous treatments were often too harsh. While nose strips were effective, they visibly enlarged my pores. Cleansing oils, no matter how much I massaged, just didn't cut it. So, I decided to try a wash-off pack for frequent care, and chose this highly-rated product. My skin is naturally quite thick, so I didn't find the scrub particles too abrasive. However, those with sensitive or thin skin might find it a bit intense. As for effectiveness, it's excellent for pore purification. I've tried Innisfree's volcanic clay mask before, but it didn't do much for me. This product, however, works wonders on both blackheads and whiteheads. I plan to keep using it, applying it two to three times a week. While I can't speak to its effectiveness on blemishes as I don't have acne, it definitely seems to control excess oil production.
ConsThe only downside is that I have to order it from overseas, which means quite high shipping costs. But in terms of the product itself, I have no complaints.
TipHere's a real pro tip I learned from other reviews: Use a steam towel to open up your pores before applying the mask for even better results. I take it a step further by using an exfoliating cleanser to soften the sebum on my nose, then apply the mask for 10 minutes. Some say it's hard to remove if left on too long, but I haven't experienced that. When the mask dries, I gently massage it with warm water on my hands. The scrub particles effectively remove all the softened sebum. If there are any stubborn spots, I just lightly press with a cotton swab, and the gunk comes right out without any irritation, leaving my skin smooth and clear.
