For heavy eye makeup, you would likely need to use a separate makeup remover. The oil was on the thinner side, so it was easy to roll on the skin, and my eyes didn't feel irritated or anything. It seems like a decent product to use for everyday cleansing.
ConsIt's too thin and runs down your arm... Many people experience the pumping mechanism... Pumping causes the oil to spray in all directions. I'd recommend checking the pumping mechanism when you purchase it or when you receive a replacement.

It appears to combine the lightness of a cleansing water with the cleansing power of an oil. The formula is approximately 75% water and 25% oil, so it feels much lighter than a typical cleansing oil. While it may not have the exceptional cleansing ability of some other oils, it provides decent cleansing power given how lightweight it is. There is no noticeable fragrance.
ConsWhen removing eyeliner or mascara, you may need to rub it a few times to fully cleanse. As a water-soluble oil, it does dissolve in water, but I think the Apieu Deep Cleansing Oil is better in that regard. Compared to Apieu, this one was not as impressive. The formula is very thin, and when pumping it out, it tends to splatter quite a bit, spraying in all directions. The thin consistency also means it can easily drip down your forehead when trying to cleanse that area.
TipYou'll need to be careful when pumping, as it tends to splatter quite a bit. While the cleansing power may not be as intense as some other oils, it still removes makeup well for such a lightweight formula. For those who want an oil-and-water combination in one product, this could be a good, cost-effective cleansing oil if purchased at a discounted price on social media. The large product volume is also a plus.

I felt it was gentle and non-irritating. 2. I bought 2 of them for around 11,000 won, so I'd say it's good for frequent use. In the case of cleansing oils, I tend to be quite sensitive, but this oil was fine.
Cons1. It's more of a water-based product than an oil. It flows down too much, so you can't just apply it to your face - you have to pump it directly onto your face and massage it in. Since it keeps running down your face, you have to pump and massage it in little by little, like applying foundation. But I'll keep using it until it's finished, as I've gotten used to it. 2. If it gets in your eyes, it stings a lot and makes your vision blurry (I usually use an eye makeup remover, so I don't concentrate the oil around my eyes when cleansing).
Tip1. Many people have complained about the pumping issue, but Pia has created a new pumping cap that will be included when you order (purchased from Wemakeprice Pia). 2. Typically when using oils, you apply the oil and then emulsify with water, but for this product, it's better to wet your face with water first, then apply the oil and emulsify.
