ConsAlthough it's a mist, you have to pat it in to absorb it into the skin, so it might be more suitable for summer heat rashes or soothing rather than using it as a diaper.

I sprayed it every time I changed the diaper. There was no rash and the baby liked it because it felt refreshing.
