I realized on the third day that the immediate cooling effect was due to the ethanol content. By the third day of use, my skin became extremely sensitive, irritated, and flushed, with added dryness. Later, I noticed that the water and ethanol content was higher than the aloe content. I don't understand why they named it '99%' if this is the case. I bought it because it was inexpensive and had good ratings on Naver, but this experience made me realize I should trust Hwahae ratings more than Naver's when purchasing cosmetics in the future.
