Since I've never used a cushion foundation before, I looked around at various options and decided to try this one after seeing that it comes in a darker shade. 1. Color The tan shade seems to be the darkest among the Road Shop cushions. It's a bit too dark for me. ใ (Darker than the warm cream shade of Double Wear foundation) However, it should suit the skin tone of most men well! 2. Coverage The coverage is not as high as Double Wear, but it's still quite good. (Those who need more coverage can use a concealer) 3. Adherence The adherence is medium. 4. Longevity The longevity is also medium.
Cons๐ This cushion has a very matte finish. I wouldn't really recommend it for touch-ups. It also emphasizes dry patches a bit. The expression may vary depending on skin condition, but personally, I found the medium adherence to be not that great. ใ ใ
Tip๐ If you use this, make sure to exfoliate well and apply a good skincare base. Since it's a matte cushion, it can start cracking quickly if applied on top of a matte finish. And personally, I found the Espoir cushion puff to be softer and apply more smoothly than the Innisfree or Iope cushion puffs. If you're planning to buy this for touch-ups, I'd recommend going for a more dewy and luminous cushion instead!
