It's now called Procleanse, but it was previously launched in a sky-blue container as 'Aquaporin'. I've been using it consistently to remove my makeup since then, and I plan to continue using it going forward. Initially, it's in a solid form, but it transforms into an oil form when it comes into contact with body temperature. 1. Procleanse can remove almost anything. If you rub it in thoroughly, it can remove most cosmetics. For mascara or eyeliner applied meticulously in the lash line, or glittery eyeshadow on the undereye area, using a cotton swab is effective. Don't rinse it off immediately with water; instead, wipe it off with a tissue or cloth, and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (not cold water). When my skin feels dry, I continue rinsing it off with water while showering, and then I wipe it off with a cotton pad soaked in toner or facial water. There's hardly any residue left on the cotton pad. The method of using plenty of water works much better for my skin. If it still feels sticky, cleansing with a foam wash leaves my skin refreshed. 2. It significantly reduces blackheads and whiteheads. No matter how many pore-minimizing masks, pore cleansers, or sebum-clearing products I've tried, enlarged pores never go back to normal. The true pore management is to prevent further buildup of impurities in the pores. While the pores don't shrink back, this product can melt the hardened sebum in the pores when I rub it in thoroughly, making the blackheads and whiteheads disappear visibly. With proper pore cleansing, my makeup applies smoothly without any patchiness or flakiness. Nothing works as well for pore management as thorough cleansing. 3. It doesn't drip. Liquid cleansers like oil cleansers or micellar waters start dripping from the moment you pump them, all the way down to your elbows. You can't keep removing and washing your clothes every time you use them to remove makeup. Since this is a solid product, it doesn't drip at all, which is an important factor for user convenience. 4. It lasts a long time. If I scoop out a lot each time, it would get used up quickly, but when I buy a large tub, it lasts me 3 to 6 months. Since it's not a squeeze tube, I can use every bit of it efficiently without any wastage. 5. It's not irritating to the eyes. Even if a little gets into the eyes, it just slightly blurs the vision, and it rinses off easily.
Cons1. There's no spatula. Using your bare hands to scoop it out might not be very hygienic... 2. Double cleansing may be necessary depending on your skin type. 3. I recommend using a dedicated eye makeup remover for the eye area. Residue may be left behind otherwise.
TipI would actually recommend using this product alone for cleansing, without double cleansing. 1. Remove mascara and eyeliner with an eye makeup remover. 2. Scoop out the product onto your warm, dry hands and massage it into the skin for at least 5 minutes. Treat it like a massage and focus on areas where sebum tends to build up, like the T-zone and chin, until you feel a warm sensation, which helps melt the sebum. 3. Thoroughly wipe it off with a dry tissue or cloth. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 5. Continue rinsing your face while showering. If needed, you can use a foam cleanser, but I personally recommend just rinsing with water, as it's less drying. 6. Soak a cotton pad generously with toner or facial water, and wipe it along the skin texture to remove any remaining residue.

It was from the Getitbeauty line, so I was a bit skeptical, but it's been a whole new experience. As a balm-type, it doesn't slide off and washes off cleanly without much slipperiness. I usually do heavy makeup, but this removes it thoroughly and cleanly. Even professional makeup artists say this product removes makeup well.
ConsAfter the renewal, it feels a bit weaker somehow. Before, there was no residue left at all, but lately I've noticed a slight trace of eyeliner remaining...
