I've been using this German product for 5 years now. This is the only one I use. It's very moisturizing. Since it's a Beleda product, I feel like the ingredients must be good? It's a bit pricey though, even in Germany.
Cons
It seems a bit lacking in the winter. I have to use other products along with it.

I have a combination skin type, and as winter approached, my skin became dry and the area around my mouth kept cracking, so I was looking for a moisturizing cream and settled on this one temporarily. I used to use Isol, but it became difficult to find, so I'm using this one since it's easily available. However, during the day, if I apply it before makeup, it feels a bit too heavy, so I apply it before bed. I'm satisfied with it.
Cons
The price-to-volume ratio is a bit disappointing, and while I personally like the scent, I think it's the kind of fragrance that could be polarizing.
