The only downside is that the price is a bit high.

Applying it to the temples before bed and when it comes to mind feels refreshing~
It's not something I use every day, so the small size has lasted me a very long time^^

I have severe migraines and shoulder tension, so this is an essential item for me.
While it's not as strong as a pain patch, the momentary cooling sensation seems to help relieve the pain.
Even just sniffing it when I have a cold or my head feels fuzzy seems to calm me down a bit.

When I go to Aveda, the store associate massages it for me. It's the best~

The color becomes more intense if you use it sparingly. I don't know why that happens. The expiration date is still there... Why would that happen?

I'm using it for the third time because I love it. When I was in high school, my mom said this would be good if I felt sleepy, so I learned about this product. Since then, I've always kept it in my pencil case and used it. I like that it's roll-on, so it's easy to massage. The scent is also nice, and the color is pretty.

It's disappointing to find that there are two allergen ingredients in this product. Although I didn't experience any skin issues from applying it to the back of my neck, after checking the ingredients, I don't plan to purchase this product again.

I ended up going to a traditional Korean medicine clinic and getting acupuncture. Buying natural oils from iHerb and using them for massage would have been much better than spending money on this.

I actually bought and used a very similar product, the <Origins - Peace of Mind>,
so I can make a good comparison.

The difference is that Aveda has a built-in rolling ball, so you just roll it on,
while Origins requires you to dispense it onto your hands and apply it manually.

The Origins one has a stronger scent and cooling sensation, so it's better if you really want a powerful fatigue-relieving effect.

But the Aveda one is more gentle and soothing, like an aromatherapy healing experience.

Personally, I found the Aveda one easier to use and more comfortable, and the cooling sensation was just right for me.
