Being a powder, it's convenient to mix with your usual hydrating serums for easy application.
ConsWhen trying to mix it with other products, the texture turns watery, making it difficult to apply. Most disappointingly, it has an overpowering metallic scent, reminiscent of iron or steel, which was quite off-putting.

ConsIt's not easy to control the amount, and if you use too much, there's an unpleasant metallic smell.

It seems like it could genuinely help with brightening. When mixed with toner or serum, it dissolves well and absorbs nicely into the skin.
ConsThe metallic scent, that iron smell, is overpowering. Even after washing my face, the smell lingers until the next day, causing a bit of a headache. I'm hesitant to use it because I'm worried it might be oxidizing on my face, causing that smell.

I've tried many vitamin products before, but they were expensive and oxidized quickly. This one seems great because I can mix it with my existing products.
ConsWhen I mix the powder with my cosmetics, it feels a bit gritty, like a scrub. I sometimes worry it might scratch my skin. Also, the smell is slightly unpleasant, reminiscent of vomit.

I've been spritzing it onto my emulsion, and I think I've noticed some of the dark spots fading.
ConsWhen I try to spritz it, it doesn't come out well, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, when mixed with the emulsion, the scent becomes quite strong. I wouldn't recommend it for those with super sensitive skin.
TipIt would be great to know the correct way to use this product! I suggest looking up the proper application method before using it.

However, I'm not sure if it's actually brightening my skin. Looking at older reviews, it seems the application method has been updated. Now, while it's not exactly a funnel, there's an attachment with a gradually narrowing opening that fits into the main bottle. This makes it easy to control the amount and apply comfortably.
ConsFirst off, the smell is really strange - it's kind of like a burnt odor. What's worse, this scent lingers on your hands and doesn't fade easily. Also, it stains your nails yellow. Lastly, I'm not convinced about its brightening effectiveness.

A must-try item with guaranteed results for those seeking immediate effects in brightening, blemish improvement, and skin texture enhancement. Let me briefly introduce the properties of Vitamin C: it's a powerful antioxidant known to promote damaged skin regeneration, suppress melanin production to reduce dark spots and freckles, and boost collagen formation for increased elasticity. The Let's Cure product comes in powder form, making it easier to maintain freshness, which is great since Vitamin C is tricky to formulate in cosmetics due to its high acidity and oxidation tendency when dissolved in water. The small quantity is also ideal, given that you can't use large amounts of Vitamin C at once. I got it at a great price during a Hwahae sale, making it quite reasonable. The included spatula and mini bottle show thoughtful consideration. Within two weeks of use, I could feel my complexion brightening. Subjectively, it seems to have a much more immediate whitening effect than niacinamide. The skin-smoothing effect is also remarkable, like applying a conditioning treatment. A major advantage is achieving such results without using a cocktail of complex synthetic ingredients, and the ability to get an added boost while using your existing skincare routine. However, this is under the strong premise that it suits you and is used correctly! (I'll save the detailed explanation for the tips section.)
ConsThe unavoidable downside of Vitamin C - it doesn't smell great. It has a rusty iron scent, which is honestly a bit unpleasant. That's why I mainly use it at night before bed. The drawbacks of the Let's Cure powder itself are minor, more about convenience than the product itself. 1. The included spatula is flat, making it difficult to scoop and control the amount. It would have been better if it was spoon-shaped for easier measuring. 2. The purpose of the included mini bottle is unclear. Is it for storing the powder? If so, the narrow opening makes it hard to transfer, and there's a risk of light damage. I just use it to store leftover face mask essence. I wish they could have designed the main container with a narrower opening for easier dosing. It's surprisingly annoying to have to scoop with the spatula and clean it each time.
TipWhy isn't Vitamin C an officially recognized whitening ingredient like niacinamide (B3), despite all its benefits? It seems to be due to its many weaknesses in cosmetic formulation. Unlike the very stable B vitamins (niacinamide B3, panthenol B5), Vitamin C becomes acidic when dissolved in water, making it potentially irritating to the skin. Those with very sensitive or blemish-prone skin should avoid it, and others should use it cautiously, especially around sensitive areas like the eyes. (I accidentally got a small amount in my eye once, and the irritation was hellish.) Always start with a tiny amount for testing and gradually increase. Secondly, due to its quick oxidation, you need to mix it with your essence or cream right before use, which can be inconvenient. If you must prepare a batch, store it in a dark glass bottle and use it within a week at most, as it loses effectiveness once oxidized. Thirdly, being potentially irritating, there are certain combinations to avoid. Especially with Vitamin A derivatives (retinol, retinyl palmitate, etc.) which can cause significant irritation. It's also best to avoid combining it with other potentially irritating products like acne treatments. On the other hand, it works well with Vitamin E (tocopherol) and propolis, enhancing each other's effects. It's also good with B vitamins - niacinamide (B3) boosts its whitening effect, while panthenol (B5) enhances its regenerative properties. Of course, the bigger hassle is having to check all your skincare products to know which ingredients clash or work well together. It's a big hurdle to overcome for good skin. Here are a few practical usage tips: 1. Mix with a hyaluronic acid-rich essence (ratio of about 1:20 Vitamin C to essence). 2. Mix with a water-based moisturizer containing hyaluronic acid (avoid oil-based). 3. Before using a hydrating/whitening sheet mask, apply a mixture of the powder and mask essence to your face, then apply the mask as usual. Personally, I prefer and frequently use methods 1 and 3. I view the cream step as a finishing touch, not for adding functional ingredients. Since it needs to work deep in the skin on melanin cells, it's best to apply it in the earlier stages of skincare. Using a beauty device like a galvanic ion booster can further enhance absorption. That's it for tips on using Vitamin C powder - effective but not always easy to use correctly!
