The best part is definitely the fragrance...! Compared to the rather heavy scent, the texture is lightweight. It absorbs quickly, so even as a dry-skinned person, I didn't find it too bad to use in the summer. The fragrance can be a bit heavy for summer wear, though..

I only found out about the poor ingredients through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. That's a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ Since I have to reapply it every time I wash my hands, I end up using it several times a day...

The texture is dense, so the effects are definitely good. The fragrance is also good enough to use hand cream instead of perfume in the winter.
Cons
It seems they increased the moisturizing power, but there is definitely a sticky feeling. The sticky feeling sometimes lasts for a while.
