I've tried many cleansing oils, but this one doesn't sting my eyes and it's not bad at all. The quantity is generous, which is more than enough for someone like me who doesn't wear makeup often. I'm not sure about its cleansing effectiveness. Maybe because it's gentle, but I didn't feel like it removed mascara very well. I wouldn't recommend it for those who wear heavy makeup, but I like it. - ss******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2024
The ingredients are so clean that it can be used safely without causing any blemishes Well... I feel the cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking. It's hard to tell if it's really cleaning thoroughly - hc********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 15, 2024
I bought this because of the affordable price, and it's great value for money. It cleanses well and emulsifies nicely. It's not too harsh, so it feels like a reliable cleansing oil that I've used comfortably! The texture is neither too heavy nor too light, making it suitable for both oily and dry skin types. Usually, it doesn't cause much irritation, but occasionally when my skin is super sensitive, it can sting a bit. Also, every time I use it, I feel a slight warming sensation for some reason. This might be due to my hands, so please take this as a personal observation. - so**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJun 25, 2024
I snagged this during a sale with a buy-one-get-one-free deal, which was fantastic! The size is absolutely massive too! It does remove makeup well, but for a truly thorough cleanse, I'd recommend following up with a cleansing balm and then an oil cleanser. The only downside is that the regular price before the sale is a bit steep, which can be a bit hard on the wallet. - jp******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 14, 2024
This product has exactly the ingredients and texture I love. I'm not a fan of overly watery oils that remove makeup well but struggle with sebum, but this one has just the right viscosity. Personally, I find it comparable to Manyo Factory, and when it's on sale, the value for money is excellent, so I'll definitely repurchase. The generous amount is also great for cleaning makeup sponges and brushes. (Update) + It's incredibly effective at removing blackheads! It has a distinctive scent typical of cleansing oils with high natural oil content and no added fragrances. It's reminiscent of the smell from old wooden utensils... I'm used to it and don't find it too unpleasant, so it doesn't bother me much. - fs****Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 19, 2024
This product offers such great value for money, making it a pleasure to use without any financial burden. The cleansing is gentle yet effective, and it's not overly oily, allowing me to use it without any irritation. I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's non-irritating and cleanses gently and effectively. I'm using it so well that I can't find any downsides. - ek*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 6, 2023
As someone with combination dehydrated skin and sensitive skin, I was worried about using oils since they can often lead to a breakout party. But I was pleasantly surprised that this tea tree oil didn't cause any blemishes. Despite being a natural oil, I was concerned it might be heavy, but it's just pleasantly rich and applies with a nice thickness. Because of this, you end up using less product. It's easy to roll on and emulsifies well. I follow up with a foam cleanser, so there's no residue left. Even with the double cleanse, there's no irritation thanks to the soothing ingredients. As for the scent, I usually use fragrance-free products, so the tea tree smell was fine for me. However, if you're sensitive to oil scents, be cautious. I'm not sure how effective it is at removing blackheads. I didn't notice any significant improvement in that area. - i1***Oily SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2023
It absorbs smoothly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated even after use. I'm excited about the ingredients that are great for oily skin. It's too early for me to give a full assessment since I haven't been using this oil for long. I hope it effectively dissolves sebum. - mi********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2023
A cleansing oil is a must-have in the bathroom! It's easy to use and the price is wallet-friendly, making it a strong contender for repurchase. No complaints here! The quantity matches the price perfectly. - vi******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 8, 2023
I've been using this for over 8 years, but this is my first review. As someone with combination skin, I find that oil works well for controlling excess sebum. What's great is that even when the oil gets near my eyes, it doesn't cause any irritation at all, which is why I keep using it. When cleansing, if you add a bit of water and roll it on, it's even better at removing dead skin cells and unclogging pores. As expected, it's a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost, which is why I continue to use it.
