Pros

My lips and the area around my mouth are extremely sensitive, so even products with a slight fragrance irritate and itch me right away. I bought this product from a pharmacy, and the pharmacist said it was a very gentle product that even babies could use, so it was really mild and non-irritating. I've never seen a lip care product as non-irritating as this one!

Cons

It's most regrettable that such a great product has been discontinued

Pros

I was surprised to find the lip balm generously filled up to the closing part as soon as I opened the lid. The volume is quite large, and I thought it would be soft, but the texture is firmer than expected. It's not heavy and doesn't feel stuffy on my lips. It's not sticky, so I didn't experience any discomfort when using it in the summer even when my lips touched.

Cons

There was a time when I left it in the car and it melted inside, causing the shape to become distorted. While it doesn't melt in my bag, if I just leave it in the car, it quickly turns into liquid.

Tip

Even if it melts, you don't necessarily have to put it in the refrigerator. Leaving it at room temperature indoors will cause it to harden back up quickly. After it hardens, you can use a cotton swab to scoop out the inside and reshape it to be flat, and then you can use it normally again.
