I have extremely sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis, and when I apply most commercial skin lotion products, small pimples break out all over my face and it starts oozing. But I've been using this product since I was a teenager, and after washing my face, just applying this is enough to keep it well-moisturized and I don't have any trouble with it.
