I bought it because it was labeled as #23, but it's even more cakey than BB cream, it's like spreading cement. And the tone-up cream in the tube is like a tint(?) - once you touch an area, it's hard to blend it out. I definitely have no intention of repurchasing.

In the afternoon, when I look in the mirror, I find that the product has settled into my wrinkles, but if I reapply, it just clumps up and accentuates them more. I can just pat it with my fingers to smooth it out. When I apply it half-and-half with the essence, there's a slight whitening effect, and by the afternoon, it seems to darken. If I only apply it to my face, later my face and neck end up looking different.
I bought it after seeing an ad on Facebook, and the coverage is really good, but on the 4th day of using it, I broke out in hives all over my face. I went to the dermatologist and they said it's a contact allergy.
I've been so itchy and stressed all day, and I'm still getting random bouts of intense itchiness. In the past month, the only thing I've changed is this cushion, so it's clear that this is what caused the hives.
I belatedly searched for reviews on Hwahae... the ingredients, ugh.
I bought both the 21 and 23 shades, but...
