Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2016I received this as a gift and have been using it. I was looking for a brightening line and started using this because the ingredients seemed decent. I like that it doesn't sit on top of the skin or feel greasy. It absorbs well into my skin. As for the brightening effects, I can't tell just yet. If you leave it alone, it forms bubbles. I'm not sure exactly what effect this is supposed to have, haha!
