It's supposed to be applied by removing the plastic, placing it on the face, and then peeling off the mesh. However, separating the plastic from the mesh isn't easy. If they could lower the price a bit, I'd stock up on these.

The adherence is excellent. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized even after use. Being a gel type, it doesn't slide off, which is great.
