  Pros

  It removes makeup effortlessly without irritation! This is my holy grail cleanser - I'm on my second bottle. On days when I only wear sunscreen and light makeup, this effectively removes everything with just a wipe and cleanse!! The generous amount is a huge plus.

  Cons

  There's a slight tingling sensation if it gets in your eyes. It's not too painful, but there's a mild stinging feeling.

  Tip

  You don't need to rub hard - just gently press and wipe around your eyes for easy removal. Even on those really lazy nights (like after drinking), I've just used this to cleanse and gone to bed without any issues! The photo shows eyeliner that had been on for about 30 minutes. I had forgotten to remove it after applying at Olive Young, but it came off effortlessly with just one swipe of a cotton pad. As you can see in the picture, the formula has an oil-like layer on top. It's best to shake it well before use!

  Pros

  I tried this when I was traveling in Germany and loved it! It gave me the feeling of a thorough cleanse, leaving my skin feeling fresh. I think my complexion even improved a bit!

  Cons

  When I came back to Korea, I tried to repurchase it through international shipping. However, the product seemed slightly different from what I used before. While the packaging looks similar, the difficulty in purchasing it seems to be a drawback.

  I think I'm on my 6th bottle... or maybe even more? This is an absolute holy grail for removing pretty much any makeup! It even takes off Etude's Curl Fix mascara like a charm! I've tried other cleansers, but they couldn't handle Curl Fix (or struggled painfully, feeling like I was peeling the mascara off my lashes). But this product? It just melts the mascara away effortlessly. Affordable, effective at removing makeup, and I haven't found anything better yet! Even when I try other products, I always come back to this one.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about! That's why I have nothing to write here!

  Tip

  For best results, saturate a cotton pad generously, hold it over your eyes for about 15 seconds with gentle pressure, then wipe away. It removes makeup incredibly well!

  Pros

  Since I spend more time abroad for work, it's challenging to bring 6-8 months' worth of products, even if I love them. So I tend to find suitable products available locally, and this is one of them. Although it's a cleansing water, I use it as a lip and eye makeup remover. It's great for liberal use due to its large volume and affordable price. The ingredients are good, and most importantly, it removes makeup effectively. It works well on eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara. I have slightly atopic skin, but I've been using this product without any blemishes - it's really fantastic.

  Cons

  There aren't any significant drawbacks, but if I had to pick one, it might be that you need to shake the bottle before use, and it's quite large.

  Tip

  It may not be much of a tip, but using this as a lip and eye makeup remover can save you a lot of money! Lip and eye makeup removers have become quite expensive these days.

  Living in the US, I've found this cleansing water to be incredibly effective at removing makeup, especially considering its affordable price. It's fantastic at dissolving waterproof mascara, eyeliner, and lip tints with ease.

  I checked on Hwahae and the ingredients look pretty good! I often buy this through Coupang direct purchase, and it's relatively affordable compared to other cleansing waters. It even removes mascara well, so I'm on my third bottle. I plan to keep using it until I find another product that catches my eye. I use waterproof mascara, and I find that if I leave the cleansing water on my eyes for about 30 seconds before wiping, it removes most of the makeup quite effectively. I think it's also good to use it along with a lip and eye remover.

  Cons

  If you don't leave it on long enough, it doesn't completely remove mascara.

  Tip

  For point makeup, it's best to take your time and remove it slowly. For a more thorough cleanse, try applying a bit to a cotton swab to carefully remove eye makeup.

  It's gentle enough to not sting even if it gets in your eyes, and the blend of oil and water makes it incredibly soft when cleansing. It removes makeup effectively without the harsh feeling you might get from regular cleansing waters. Instead, it leaves your skin feeling smooth and thoroughly cleansed.

  There's a slight slippery residue if you don't follow up with a foam cleanser. I use the Desert Essence cleanser for my second cleanse, which leaves my skin feeling fresh and squeaky clean.

  This is my holy grail cleansing water/makeup remover! My skin type is dry with an oily T-zone. The pros: It removes makeup incredibly well. It's amazing at extracting whiteheads. I didn't have many blackheads, so I wasn't sure about that, but when I soaked a cotton pad with this and wiped my nose area, whiteheads just kept coming out!

  Cons

  The cons: It can leave your skin feeling a bit dry, especially on the cheeks. However, after using this, I just do a quick rinse with water or a gentle soap wash, followed by three layers of toner, and my skin feels fine.

  This is my first time using a cleansing water. What I love most is that it's affordable yet has gentle ingredients. It wipes off makeup effortlessly and cleanly! While it may not be as effective as a dedicated lip and eye remover, it still does a decent job with eye makeup. However, for stubborn eye makeup, especially mascara (I use Etude House Curl Fix), you might need to repeat the process 2-3 times.

  I absolutely love this product! As someone with sensitive skin and delicate eyes, I can only use physical sunscreens. Since physical sunscreens can be tough to remove, I always had to use a first cleanser even when I only wore sunscreen without makeup. Using oil cleansers daily sometimes led to blemishes and felt heavy on my skin. I wanted to try a cleansing water and was torn between this one and the pink version. Considering that many physical sunscreens are waterproof, I chose this one. It removes everything so effectively that I don't even need a separate eye makeup remover. It takes off both sunscreen and color cosmetics brilliantly!

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about. Unlike typical micellar waters, you need to shake this one before use, similar to eye makeup removers. It has a slightly slippery feel, so I follow up with a gentle foam cleanser!

  Tip

  Since I started using this, I hardly ever need to use a separate eye makeup remover anymore, which is fantastic. It's also great for travel - I only need to pack this one product!
