  Pros

  I love the cooling sensation, how well it absorbs, and the fact that it's made with natural ingredients!

  Cons

  I think there might be too much menthol in it. As soon as I applied it, my eyes started stinging badly and my skin felt an intense burning sensation. I've never experienced anything like this before. It was so uncomfortable that I had to wash it off after just one minute.

  Tip

  Those with super sensitive skin should avoid this. I don't even have particularly sensitive skin, but the tingling sensation caught me off guard. It felt like applying a liquid pain relief patch.

  I didn't find the scent or texture unpleasant. The results weren't dramatic, but they were decent enough.

  Pros

  It feels incredibly refreshing when applied! I've tried other cooling products, but this one stays cool for a long time. It would be perfect for summer use. While there's no dramatic transformation, I'm using it consistently in hopes of pore tightening.

  Cons

  You really need to be careful when applying it around the eyes... It stings so much! Tears just start streaming down. I thought it was just me, but after checking Hwahae, it seems everyone experienced the stinging sensation.

  The ingredients are high-quality. It's easily accessible. That's about all I can say for sure.

  Cons

  I tried a sample I received. As soon as I applied it to my face, my eyes started stinging. Then, all the areas where I applied it rapidly began to feel cool? No, more like a burning sensation. My eyes and face were in pain, so I washed it off within 10 seconds. Even after washing, that fiery feeling didn't go away. My face became all red and irritated. I barely managed to calm it down by applying aloe vera. Even after it settled, the redness didn't completely disappear.

  Make sure to do a patch test before using it on your face.

  Well... due to the menthol, it's quite... Given the hot weather lately, there's definitely a cooling sensation. It's so refreshing that my whole face feels tingly, with tears and a runny nose. The crisp scent of menthol is noticeable. I suppose that's the good part!

  Cons

  Why did you add menthol, Kaorion? It's not like we're supposed to brush our pores with toothpaste... As soon as I applied it, my eyes watered, my nose ran, and my face stung so much I had to wash it off immediately. Even after that, there was still a burning sensation and a strong menthol smell. Please, I wish cosmetics companies would stop adding unnecessary ingredients.

  My sister said it cleaned her pores well, but for me, not so much...

  Cons

  I tried this on my sister's recommendation. However, after using it, my face started burning and felt feverish, as if I had a burn. Then my skin started peeling off in white flakes, and I had to visit the dermatologist for about 3 days. Those with super sensitive skin should be very careful with this product.

  Pros

  After using it, my skin feels soft and smooth. I haven't particularly noticed any tightening of pores yet.

  Cons

  That intense tingling sensation when you first use it... I remember being so startled, thinking my face was going to turn inside out, that I washed it off immediately. Even after using it a few times, I still can't get used to that toothpaste-like feeling.

  I received this as a gift and tried it out... It absorbs really well...

  Cons

  After using this, tiny blemishes appeared all over my face. It's itchy, and when I touch it, it stings. It took a week for it to calm down. I guess I'll have to use this on my calves instead.
