I see a few reviews for the Recovery Cream here. The Recovery Cream is the mint-colored pearlescent product, while the Recovery Balm is the white balm formula.

The thick texture of the night formula is not at all greasy, and it provides a satisfying sense of deep hydration.
I tested it in the store and then purchased it online, as it was much more affordable online.

If you use only a small amount, you can use it without feeling any itchiness.

Why on earth is there shimmer in a basic skincare product?
The green-based shimmer made me feel like I was wearing makeup base, which was unsettling.
I suddenly feel the urge to reapply my makeup and skincare routine.

There seems to be a slight calming effect.
Since it's an expensive skincare product, I thought it would be worth the price.
The application is not too bad, and it actually feels less oily, which I like.

To use it up completely, I'll have to cut it open with scissors and scoop it out.

I'm using it for the third time, and after the vibration massage, I'm applying it to my reddened face. It seems to be a good product to layer with other products as it has a matte finish. It helps calm down my flushing well.

Even when I've already applied foundation, I dab this on my cheeks when the office heater attacks. It immediately soothes the flushing.


Since it's a balm, the product opening is narrow. If you apply too much pressure, a huge mess can happen. It's also a shame that you can't gauge the remaining amount.


The immediate soothing effect is amazing. I bought it at the duty-free shop and have been using it diligently in the winter. I strongly recommend it to those with dry, sensitive, and highly flushed skin like mine. Since it's in a balm form, it also has a protective effect. The subtle fragrance also makes me feel good every time I apply it. It's light yet firm, and I sometimes even dab it on when my face starts to flush from the office heater.


The only downside to this great product is the price. Dalrang products are quite expensive when purchased at department store counters, which makes me hesitate, but their products work so well for my sensitive skin that I end up buying them anyway.

I'm a frequent user of Dalrang products, and the Recovery Balm is a product I discovered when I was suffering from contact dermatitis. My cheeks were burning hot and flushed red, and I really struggled with it. That's when the store clerk recommended this product to me instead of a moisturizer. I was worried that since it's a balm, it might be heavy and oily, and cause breakouts, but it's not at all greasy. When you roll it on your face, it melts into the skin smoothly and absorbs quickly.

When I bought it, I was hoping it would soothe the redness, and the product completely lived up to my expectations. About an hour after applying it, the redness calms down a lot, and after using it for about a week, the redness is almost completely gone. I really felt like my damaged skin was recovering.

The hydration is also excellent. My cheeks were constantly feeling hot and rough due to dehydration, but after using the balm, my skin became silky smooth. Even a small amount makes my dry, stinging skin feel instantly moisturized. Although my contact dermatitis has healed now, I still use this whenever my face gets dry and red from external irritation. It's an amazing product for calming redness and healing irritated, sensitive, dry skin.

Even with consistent use, I absolutely didn't see any dramatic effects on the redness around my nose, cheeks, or between my eyebrows - it's an issue that should be solved by using basic skincare products ㅠㅠㅠ
