It didn't cause any blemishes after using it. The case is pretty, so after finishing the product, you can clean it out and use it to store small beauty tools! 1. It has a strong alcohol smell and an overly artificial peach scent. Maybe I'm just used to fragrance-free products these days, but the scent is too intense. It's even stronger than Mamonde's rose toner. 2. It doesn't absorb quickly. Usually, even if a soothing gel absorbs slowly, you can at least feel the moisture on your skin. But this one feels like it's just sitting on top of the skin, even after massaging it in. I bought it on sale from WeMakePrice to use on my body, but I won't repurchase it. A common aloe gel from a road shop would be much better.

There's a slight alcohol scent and it's a bit drying when used alone. I received it as a gratis item, but if I had paid for it, I might have felt like I bought a 'beautiful but useless' product. If you're a die-hard Esther Loves You fan like me, get this case right away!

The rose scent is absolutely divine, and I love the slight cooling effect from the alcohol. The generous 300ml size means I can slather it on without worry. Once it's empty, I'm thinking of repurposing the bottle to mix other soothing gels with oils. It's too precious to throw away! Slightly disappointed to find more potentially irritating ingredients than expected. While the cooling sensation from the alcohol is nice, I wonder if it's really necessary... 
Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedDec 10, 2018The downside is that there's a slight burning sensation while it's drying, probably due to the alcohol and ethanol content. It's not severe, though. Some soothing gels can be harsh enough to sting your eyes, but this one isn't that intense. It's just a mild alcohol feeling that would be better without. When I first applied it, I got some slight redness on my face, like mosquito bites. It seemed to be due to the PEG, but it wasn't severe and stopped happening after a few uses as my skin adapted. I wish it was formulated to be a bit gentler - that's a minor disappointment. 아쉬운건,알코올과 에탄올 때문인지 바르고나면 마르는 도중에는 약간씩 화한 그 알콜느낌이 있다 그렇다고 막 심한편은 아님 어떤 수딩젤은 심한경우 눈이 시린데, 이 제품은 눈까지 시릴정도는 아님.. 그냥 없었으면 더 좋았을 미미한 알콜이랄까 맨 처음 발랐을때는 얼굴에 약간 모기물린 모양으로 빨간게 올라왔었음 아마 피이지 때문에 그런거같았는데 심하진 않았고 몇번바르니 적응됐는지 안올라옴 좀더 순하게 만들어줬으면 어땠을까 살짝아쉽다 Due to a few potentially irritating ingredients and the alcohol content, it wasn't ideal for daily use on my combination-dry skin in my late 20s. I mainly used it as an occasional hydrating mask when my face felt hot. This would have been perfect for my teenage self to use daily! When choosing a soothing gel, my top priority is finding one that's not sticky, and this one is perfect for a fresh and light application! The cooling effect is great, and when used as a sleeping pack, I can feel my skin becoming more hydrated by morning. The fragrance is subtle, which is ideal for those who dislike strong scents. Above all, the large size means I can use it for a long time! I plan to repurchase when I run out! On very dry days or when the weather gets colder and your skin starts to crack, this alone isn't enough. While it's sufficient to use just this and toner in summer, it's better to pair it with an emulsion in late fall and winter!

It's absolutely gorgeous! To be honest, I bought it mainly for decoration... The performance is decent enough, and it's just so pretty... I got it on sale, so it was affordable and beautiful... Once I use it up, I want to refill it with a different soothing gel because it's just too pretty to toss... The scent is rose, and it's as strong as a shower gel. The fragrance lasts quite a while too. When applied to dry areas like legs, it goes on smoothly, but while it feels hydrating at first, it becomes sticky over time... There's a thin transparent cover inside which is a bit inconvenient. It also feels completely weightless...
